We’re honored to share some exciting news: Atrium Development Group (ADG) has been named Developer of the Year by NAIOP Central Florida. Even more exciting — Milk Stacks, our signature multifamily development in The Milk District, was recognized as Multifamily Development of the Year, celebrating its creative design and connection to one of Orlando’s most unique neighborhoods.
This recognition, presented at NAIOP’s annual “Best of the Best” gala, marks a major milestone for Atrium. Sharing the Developer of the Year title with Tavistock — a longtime leader in the Central Florida real estate landscape — makes the honor even more meaningful. It reflects how boutique firms like ours are helping shape the future of the region, one thoughtfully planned project at a time.
Milk Stacks was born from a deep-rooted commitment to our own neighborhood.
