Reese Stewart, RE/MAX Properties SW, is the 2020 president of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. ORRA represents 15,500 real estate professionals throughout Central Florida and is currently the 7th largest REALTOR® association in the United States.

Priorities that Reese will maintain during his term as president include:

Professionalism - Developing programs that educate and encourage REALTORS® as they seek to provide the highest levels of customer service.

Profitability – Providing classes, tools, and other resources to enhance members’ financial success.

Affordable Housing – Encouraging full funding of the Sadowski Affordable Housing Trust Funds and ensuring ORRA’s leadership position in community-wide efforts to address Orlando’s affordable housing crisis.

Reese (Ret. First Sergeant) transitioned into real estate after a 20-year career in the United States Army. The Orlando native holds both a Florida real estate broker license and a Florida real estate instructor permit; Reese frequently teaches continuing education classes that focus on professionalism, ethics, and REALTOR® safety. He has completed both ORRA’s Excellence in Professionalism – Gold Key Certification and its Excellence in Professionalism – Platinum Key Certification programs, and he holds the Accredited, Buyers Representative (ABR) designation and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification.

Reese is ORRA’s 2018 REALTOR® of the Year, which is the association’s highest honor and one that recognizes outstanding contributions of leadership and effort on behalf of the membership.

Reese is the owner of Stewart School of Real Estate. He and his wife, Julie, a recently retired real estate brokerage executive, enjoy spending time with their three daughters, two granddaughters, and grandson.
